LTC Plus is Sanami Defense Academy’s flagship entry-level training bundle, offering a complete foundation for the responsible armed citizen. This course combines the Texas License to Carry (LTC) certification with two of our most mission-critical courses:

Whether you're new to firearms or looking to solidify your foundation, this training package equips you with the legal knowledge to carry, the skill to fight, and the confidence to render aid in a life-threatening emergency.

What’s Included

• Texas DPS-Approved LTC Course

  • Legal definitions, use of force, written test, and state shooting qualification

• Pistol 1: Defensive Handgun Fundamentals

  • 500 rounds required

  • No holster required, though optional for additional context if time permits

  • Core focus: compliance, accountability, and performance

• Medical Training Module

  • Certified CPR and Stop the Bleed course

  • Hands-on tourniquet and trauma application included

Course Format

• Modular Training – Typically Completed Over 2–3 Days

• Flexible scheduling coordinated with student and staff availability

• Training includes both classroom instruction and live-fire application

• Eligible for class bundle upgrades, including full tracks like Pistol 1–3, Rifle 1–3, Shotgun 1–3

• Bundling allows students to progress logically through skill tiers and save on cumulative registration costs

Student Requirements

• Valid government-issued ID (required for LTC certification)

• Reliable handgun (rentals available)

• 50–100 rounds for LTC shooting qual

• 500 rounds minimum for Pistol 1

• 5 magazines

• Holster optional (may be integrated into training time permitting)

• Eye and ear protection

• Sunblock

• Weather-appropriate clothing

• Water, snacks, notebook

• Personal trauma kit encouraged (IFAK, tourniquet, gauze, etc.)

Safety & Conduct Policy

• Strict adherence to all safety commands and range procedures

• Unsafe or negligent behavior will result in immediate removal without refund

Rescheduling Policy

• No refunds for this course

• Students may reschedule with 48 hours’ notice, up to two times within 6 months

• New registration is required after that

• Weather-related rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis
